| Job Purpose: |
Machining components to production planning customer specifications. |
| Main Duties & Responsibilities: |
- Operating CNC Turning machines.
|
- Working to customer specifications.
|
- Ability to read drawings / specifications.
|
|
|
|
|
- Ability to use inspection equipment and inspect own work.
|
- Working on own initiative.
|
- Updating basic maintenance on machines (T.P.M.)
- Raising P.I.R.’s if required.
- Working to 5s Standard in area.
- Safe handling of components, jigs and fixtures.
|
- Reporting to supervision.
|
Good rates of pay, plus shift allowance (front / back shift, 2 weeks about)
4 day week working 37 hours
