Nasmyth Group, comprising 13 precision engineering businesses with complementary capabilities, will be exhibiting at the Farnborough International Airshow which is being held from 16th to 22nd July.
Complete with interactive models on its stand to highlight the full range of its capabilities, Nasmyth Group will be demonstrating why it is a leading Tier 1 supplier to Aerospace OEMs across Europe, North America and Asia - manufacturing everything from airframe assemblies to engine modules, fuel system and instrumentation components for commercial airliners, business jets, military aircraft, helicopters also having applications in marine and the energy sectors
In the Space sector, Nasmyth Group produces components for satellite manufacture as well as satellite transportation and handling products for European primes.

In addition to exhibiting at the Farnborough Airshow, Nasmyth Group is also sponsoring the Futures Day which is taking place on Friday 20th July. As part of its sponsorship, 20 apprentices from the Nasmyth Academy will be present on the day to discuss STEM-based training and engineering career opportunities with students and teachers attending the event.
The Nasmyth Academy is a highly-successful training scheme through which apprentices join individual companies within the Group to gain precision engineering qualifications and valuable hands-on experience. A brand-new Nasmyth Academy training centre opened in July this year at Nasmyth Bulwell, Nottinghamshire, providing bespoke educational facilities on-site.
