Nasmyth Group COO named as one of the Top 100 by ‘The Manufacturer’ Added 21/11/2019

Simon Beech, Chief Operating Officer (UK) of the Nasmyth Group, has been named as one of the Top 100 most inspirational leaders in 2019 in the annual scheme run by ‘The Manufacturer’ magazine in partnership with Cranfield University.

Now in its sixth year, The Manufacturer Top 100 project publicly recognises the most dynamic leaders and innovators in UK manufacturing and one of its goals is to help dispel popularly-held myths that vibrant manufacturing in this country is a thing of the past. 

Simon’s success is a measure of the contribution that Nasmyth Group – a global supplier of precision engineering and metal treatment solutions – is making to UK manufacturing through its sustained programme of investment in both the most advanced technology and the development of its people.

When asked what qualities he thinks inspirational leaders for tomorrow will require, he had this to say;

“Tomorrow’s leaders will-more than ever before- live, work, and compete in a high demanding and continuously evolving industry. In order to succeed a leader of tomorrow will need to believe that dedication will accomplish what you want that there are no limits to personal growth.”
